Hello some bug fixes and small a feature

-you can now use cannon and mortar while in the effect of skill "C" (fast shooting)

-UMP9 does not cheat (fixed shooting when m4 dies)

-m4 dies repeatedly when an enemy shoots her while she was dead (she can now rest in peace)

-tutorial stage now zooms when using cannon

-secret stage now displays the requirement with not needing to at least play the endless stage (at least it should :) )
